TECHNICAL ADVICE
Unlike the Epson printers, the Ricoh 3300 and Ricoh 7000 printers should be left on at all times. If not being used, Ricoh printers will enter a “sleep mode” which conserves both energy and ink. Every time you turn the Ricoh printer off and then on again, it will use up some ink in recycling. Therefore, simply leave your printer on and save ! Also, it's a good idea to always keep a spare cartridge available as the printer will stop if it runs out of a particular color.
