DESIGN: Using a graphics program like Corel Draw , Adobe Illustrator or Photo- shop, create your design. If you want to place a name on the back, place it 5" center-to-center from the photo.
PRINT: Print a sublimation transfer using an Epson Printer such as this Epson 4800 containing sublimation inks from Nova Chrome. Click here for sublimation printers and inks.
SECURE: Using a small piece of heat tape on each side, secure the transfer to the mug. Besure that the transfer is tight against the mug or you may get a crease in the print.
PLACE IN HEAT PRESS: Place the mug with the transfer into a MUG PRO PLUS that is preheated to 390 degrees. The timer (set for 4minutes) will automatically start when the press is closed. Click here for MUG PRO PLUS info
DOUBLE YOUR PRODUCTION: You can double your production rate by adding a satellite unit to your MUG PRO PLUS. Another way to increase your production is to use an inexpensive hot plate. This will help preheat the heavy mug base.
CONGRATULATIONS: After four minutes remove the mug from the press, remove the transfer and throw the hot mug into a bucket of water (no it won't shatter). Congratulations - You're finished!
