Please Note:
If you E-mail or Fax an order to us, please provide your phone number in case there is a problem. Also, include how your order should be shipped: UPS ground, UPS next-day air, UPS 2nd-day air, UPS third day, Federal Express or U.S. Mail. If you want us to ship Fed Ex, please include your Fed Ex Account #. For UPS shipments, we need to know whether this order will be shipped to your home. Thank you for your cooperation.

Same Day Shipping:
If you place your supply order before noon (Pacific Standard Time) via fax or phone, we should be able to ship by UPS that same day. E-mail orders need to be placed by 11:00 AM (PST) for same day shipping.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express. All other shipments will be sent COD (payment by Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order) unless you have had established prior open account status. Please ask us for a credit application if you would like to establish an open account. Sorry, no COD orders on equipment or Soft L'ink shirts.
